Production of original cosmetic pouches and OEM production
We use a variety of fabrics for makeup pouches, cosmetic bags, and cosmetic bags to create your own original pouch. Full-surface printing and parts mounting are possible.
It is also possible to add outer pockets, inner pockets, zippers, hooks, etc. to the shape. Various processing such as silk printing, full color printing on the entire surface, sewing on woven labels, and attaching engraved metal charms are possible at one point. We will propose a processing method according to your budget, materials and structure.
If the main body fabric is made of polyester or synthetic leather, full-color printing can be performed at a relatively low cost.
Sublimation transfer printing is available for polyester fabrics, and inkjet printing is available for synthetic leather (PU). Vinyl (PVC/vinyl chloride)
The printed color is also clear, but inkjet printing is possible. Neoprene material (wet suit material) is also made of polyester.
Since the fabric and synthetic rubber are bonded, full-color sublimation transfer to polyester fabric is possible.
